Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Valid for use against all services and products at Crowne Plaza Newcastle. Once redeemed any outstanding amounts cannot be carried over to a future visit. Credit card details may be required when making the reservation. Booking is essential. Please state your voucher code at the time of the booking and present it on arrival. Gift vouchers are only valid until (and including) the expiry date displayed on the front of the voucher. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and change cannot be given. Gift vouchers should be treated like cash and are non-refundable, non-extendable and cannot be exchanged for alternative or different experience. They cannot be replaced if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift vouchers which are altered, defaced or cancelled will not be accepted. Please note that all vouchers may be checked by the member of staff at the time of the booking or prior your experience.
